This was my first "non-online group project" for Unreal Engine.
Downgrade was a way for our small group of 5 people to test out new things in Unreal Engine, the objective of the project was a Open World game with only one mechanic, and us being stubborn chose Fighting as that mechanic, we had to create the AI of the enemies, find some models and VFX that suited the game, make documentation about it and so much more in just one month!
It features 4 biomes, each with a different boss to kill, the player is equipped with a bow and an endless supply of arrows. When all the bosses are slain a celebratory firework show will fill the sky from the village in the center before fading to black, then the village elder will congratulate you and the game will end.
